Need Help from Support!

I've emailed CC support 3 times in the last few days and have not gotten any response at all.
Here's the issue: When I try to upload my photo and add a bio, I keep getting an error message.
I want to submit my first article, but I'd like to have my profile bio set up first. I also want to know why I can't get a response from the support team?
