One of my articles was recently downloaded for usage. Do I need to delete the unique and full rights price, or will the customer know from the number of downloads that the article is no longer valid for unique and full rights?

I was confused on this same point a few weeks back. Leave the prices set for all three licenses. A customer may purchase unique or full rights still- as long as they do not mind that the article has already sold for usage (which they can clearly see.) This prevents anyone else from purchasing the article, and limits its use to the people who have purchased it already. In fact, I have had this happen to me once, so I know it's okay.
