Once sold, CC removes it.

---- But, double check to be sure. Sometimes, a full rights article sells for full rights but for some odd reason remains available. This has happened a few times to me. I think it happens when the customer changes the way they want to pay for the order or something like that. It's rare when this happens. If you see an article sell for full or unique rights but find it's still available, drop a line to support and they will remove it for you.

99.9% of the time, you won't need to do a thing.
