Removed articles & usage rights?

Hi there,

I have recently been going through and purging some articles that I wrote for various content sites; the articles themselves are generally of a high quality, and I believe would be suitable for Constant Content.

Once I have removed them from elsewhere, is it permissible to sell them on CC, assuming that they are only flagged for 'Usage' rights (as they were previously published and I don't want to run into duplicate content penalties.)

Thanks,

Paul.

As long as they are obviously attributable to you, ie. have the same byline or the name your have registered here, you are welcome to submit them here. But if CC can't recognise them as yours, you will be charged with plagiarism. Beware of that as your account could be suspended.

Thanks for the response; they do have the same byline / account name when submitted elsewhere, so I will go ahead and submit them here as well.
