A few questions from a new author

Hello all, I just had a few questions as I begin -- many thanks for your time with these!
1) I'm seeing now that until one article is accepted, I can only submit three articles. Once one is accepted, I can submit six at a time for review. Does this number ever go up as we gain more acceptances, i.e. can we ever start submitting say ten at a time?
2) How quickly are reviews done? If say one article is accepted, and I submit six more the next day, how many days usually will it be before those are accepted and I can submit another six? (Ideally I would love to submit four essays a day to CC.)
