How is the acceptance rate calculated?

Hello everyone. I have a question regarding the method of calculating the acceptance rate.
Is it calculated by dividing the total number of articles submitted to the number of articles accepted on the first try, or by the total number of articles accepted in the end?
For example, if I submit 10 articles, get 3 of them rejected, but I re-submit them and they all eventually get accepted, do I have an acceptance rate of 70% or of 100%?
