Anyone having trouble with requests disappearing?

Hi guys,
I was just wondering if anyone else is having an issue with their account. One of my private requests has disappeared. It's still listed on my dashboard but when I click on it there's nothing there. When I went to the submission form and clicked on my requests to choose the right one to submit, there were several old titles instead of the one I was looking for. Also, when I checked the public requests there were a whole bunch listed that were due in September.
I'm hoping it's just a glitch or site maintenance or something, and I will check with my client in case she has withdrawn one of my private requests. But if anyone is in the same boat I'd love to hear from you!
