Customer Revision Request
Hi! A customer PM'ed me before he bought an article to see if I'd be able to accommodate a revision if he were to purchase the article, which I can. He said that he submitted a revision through the system and that it shows initiated on his side. I've looked in the Revision Request link and within the article in My Content, but I don't see his request. Am I missing something? This is the first customer revision I've had. Thanks in advance to anyone who's able to help me!

So I uploaded a revised file to the article in My Content. But the customer can't see it. How do I contact Customer Support at Constant Content?

Click on contact, top right of a site page. then select customer related, write your message and send it. Good luck.

Thanks, Jak. I emailed them yesterday. I didn't see the link on my phone for some reason, but I saw it on my desktop.
