Hello-
I received what appears to be a private request email that contains a link mentioning a "large file."
It looks like spam and I'm afraid to open the link. Even the customer name sounds a little suspicious (autotwitterbot) and there's no indication that I can see that this person has ever bought anything. There was no mention of pay or no. of words in the generic email...just that they needed help and it had a link to another page on it.
What are we supposed to do when we receive something like this?
-Go ahead and just delete it or copy/paste the email and send it in to Support for them to decide if it's spam.
Is there any place on Constant Content where we could see a list of customer *names* that have submitted spam requests so we can check questionable requests?
Thanks in advance
Is it spam? Can't tell and afraid to open it
