How to undo "for request"?

I wrote an article for a general request, but the person never bought it. How can I remove the "for request" and just have it be available to the general public?

It should automatically transfer, although there have been complaints where it didn't. I think it's been fixed since I've had a couple in the last year or so that have been bought. Other than that, the only option is to delete and resubmit.
