How does one write a review or tutorial without using first person? Especially a review, since most of the time, a review is sharing your own experience with a product in order to share it's strengths and weaknesses?

Tutorial is easy for third person.

I've written reviews for video games. Just stick to describing the product and don't use first person. You can say things like "When product x was put under pressure, it immediately collapsed." Something like that. Read some of the reputable review sites too.

Step 1 - You need to do this
Step 2 - You should do that

Etc.
