Article Sold for Usage and Used Multiple Times

Hi all

I have a query about usage rights. I sold two articles to a newsletter in Australia that has at least three regional editions. The article content is the same but the adverts and other content are different. They've used my articles in each of the regional editions.

Would this be considered multiple usage of my article or just once?

I have emailed support a couple of times about this over the last few weeks but I haven't heard back yet.

I'd be grateful for any views/advice.

I would class it as multiple usage. If they wanted to place it in other locations they should have either purchased full rights or more than one usage license.

I feel it is as well but I'm aware that there may be small print involved that would put the kybosh on that idea. It wasn't an expensive article, but it does equate to an extra 4 sales minimum so I'm not inclined to let it go.

I'm not sure how to take it further from here - I've emailed CC Support a couple of times over the last 6-8 weeks with all the details and not had any response yet. I'm beginning to wonder if my emails aren't getting through
