How to deliver private request article?

I did a private request article this week, my first, and my first article submission for any request in well over a year, so I'm alittle rusty on procedures.

I submitted the article yesterday and it was approved by editors today. I then went to the request and clicked the button on the request to let the client know the article was ready. The client wrote back to me to say that they can only read the first part of it (the excerpt that would show if the article was listed in the catalog).

Is there anything else I'm supposed to do to deliver the article to the client?

Did you select "Private Request" from the dropdown and then select the private request name? I think maybe you missed that part.

They also had an update a while ago that auto-flipped people to 33% if I recall. I had to reset mine to 100%.
