How do I go about responding to a private request. I received a request for a real estate article, and I have written the article and submitted it for approval. I do not, however, see a place on the request where I can respond to the buyer. I would like to let the buyer know when the article is available.

Under "Requested Content" you should see the private request and be able to ask questions or post articles just like any other request.

I see the private request, and I can view the description. I do not, however, see a place for responding or asking questions.

It's some kind of glitch. I had the same problem quite a while back. It needs to be fixed at cc's end. I am not sure if they can see the problem though, because it did take a bit to have it taken care of at the time. Good news is- they will fix it! Good luck with this!
