Portfolio option before submitting an article?

I just submitted an article and noticed there's a new option. Before fully submitting, you can either "save draft", "submit for review" or now "submit to portfolio". Does anyone know what the portfolio option does?

Hi PoetPrincess85, this was mistakenly added but this option has been taken off.
