Disappearing Downloads

Very odd.... the past couple of times I have tried to download new files from a public pool requester we have worked for many times before, the info goes flying off into the CC logo at the top left corner, never to be seen again! For months I've had no trouble locating downloaded files waiting patiently for me at the bottom of my screen but something has changed!

Any suggestions? I use a MacBook Air if that matters.

Did you try looking in your download folder? In Windows there is a default download folder, so sometimes I have to go look in there.
