Client Requests Links

I have a couple of private requests from a client who sent me a style guide to follow. He requires hyperlinks within the article. Is there any way to facilitate this for him without getting a rejection from the editor?

Darn, sorry I missed your post but I guess I'll say it now in case you are still wondering or anyone else is: hyperlinks are totally fine to include, you shouldn't get a rejection for them.
