Article Accepted, Preview Pane Empty! Help, please!

Hi there,

I've had an article accepted, but the preview pane is showing empty. All my other articles look fine. It's been several days now and the title has been attracting traffic, but there's nothing there for customers to read. It must give a terrible impression. I've emailed nicole@constant-content.com but haven't even had an acknowledgement, so I have no idea what to do now. Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone help?

I've done all the usual things like clearing the cache etc. on the browser and wotnot. And as I say, other articles seem fine, so I don't think it's a problem at my end.

Sounds like the auto-preview-generation-thing bugged out for whatever reason. Happened to me once or twice. I think I solved it just by manually cut&pasting the preview I wanted into the editing screen.
