Anyone have experience on the customer side?

I have a customer that said they tried to send me a private order request for a casting call they selected me for. It did not come through and they have contacted support and asked me to contact them as well. I haven't heard back yet and I feel bad because I know they needed these soon. Does anyone know the process for placing a private order on the client side that I could maybe tell them to make sure they were able to follow all the steps?
