What to do when a similar article appears on client website

Hi again everyone,
is there a private Contact Us address for sensitive help enquiries? Although I am very pleased with my results at Constant Content, I havn't been back for a while as there is an issue which caused me some minor concern?
Perhaps some advice could resolve it ?
