Hello everyone. I am new to CC. I have submitted only one article and do not want to submit another until I know what exactly I did wrong. First, I cannot find my article. It seems to have disappeared. Second, the rejection email stated to please submit in one of the accepted file types. Honestly, I thought I did. I followed the guidelines as indicated. I am a new writer to these sites and have the least amount of knowledge probably od anyone.
I need some more tenured help. Can anyone guide me on the recovery of my article and then why I may have not followed through as required?

Oh, by the way, there are some excellent writeres here. I am an amateur next to some of the articles.

Please read the information provided in the "sticky" post of this particular forum. In it you will find a link that will take you to information about the file types we accept.

Once your article has been rejected, it is purged from our system and must be resubmitted.

Remember that you have to choose "save as" for the article to be saved in a format of your choice.
