Can't seem to find any info on this.
Just to repeat.
Can I submit articles already used on other websites?
Yes or No and a brief comment would be appreciated.

Yes, but you may ask usage rights only for these articles.
Please take a look at the license descriptions in the Terms and Conditions for further clarification.
