Hi,
I have gone into the CC main site and tried to update my profile from there, it seems when I do this my computer locks up, am I locked out?

A lot of us have had problems with the profile section so it's not that you've been locked out or prohibited or anything like that. What seems to happen? Are you uploading an image? Creating a bio? Both?

Hi Celeste,
When I click on the "update profile" my screen seems to lock up, there is no response and I have to use the back arrow to get out of it. To be honest I'm not sure what my profile has in it and wanted to take a look.
