By-line name

I have just stumbled across one of the articles for which I sold a usage license. That article has the by-line "By Nell" which is my username here at C-C. However, I had the impression the buyer was under the obligation to use my real name, which I place at the bottom of each article I submit, unless a full rights license was purchased.
Now this is not a big deal to me this once (although if C-C can contact the buyer and get him/her to change it, I would appreciate that). However, in the future, I would like to ensure that my real name is used in the by-line of pieces for which I sell usage and unique licenses. How can I do that? Should I put a note at the bottom of the article, stating my wishes? Or is the only way to change my username here at C-C to my real name?
(I put this particular article up in its full form. Is it possible that the buyer didn't download the file, but simply took it off the listing? Would it therefore be wise NOT to put up complete articles for that reason - among others?)
