Payment question for Ed...or anyone who can help

I've been kind of tight on the finance lately, and I was wondering if it would be possible to get my article payments out before the $50? I emailed support about it about a month ago but no one's answered, so I'm not sure whether it's not okay, or if they just didn't get the message.
