OK!! What's up with the "Contact Us" link??? Does it really work? I needed to ask about my payment options...

How frustrating. I can offer no advice for you but I can confirm that there does seem to be a problem with e-mails to the Support link.

OK. Finally got it to work. BTW, i like the way this Support guys are quick to reply to "Payment Related" questions ...
