This situation is being actively worked on. Just practice Tai Chi in the meantime.

It affects me, too! I must address forlorn message from writers who have received one rejection/acceptance notice when I have reviewed 2 or 3 of their articles that day. Then I must dig deep to recall the fate of their articles and the reasons for rejection. I am just as eager as you are to have this problem resolved........."

Oh heavens......I didn't even think about that aspect! Time for a thoroughly potent drink, I'd say!

I don't know how you have time to manage all the submissions, plus come here and answer questions, plus answer email queries. You apparently have about 4 brains, and 10 arms, eh? :)

Hat's off to you!

If you try really hard, you can grow another. I have requested a bionic arm and additional hours in the day from CC before, but no go. Maybe if we all consider it a technical problem, these will get added to the "to do" list.

But if I try too hard, I may just burst the one measly cell I have. Not good.

Every problem should be considered a technical problem! I'm sure if the techies fished around in their junk drawer they could find at least ONE spare hour lying around, as well as enough parts for, at the very least, a bionic hand!

If the techies had free hours and bionic bits, just kicking around I think I would be a much happier person! That said, if I find some, I'll let you know!

In related news, we've put a new tool up on the site for people to get updates about Public Requests. It's an News Feed you can subscribe to it by entering http://www.constant-content.com/feeds/p ... quests.xml into your News reader. I appreciate that this doesn't solve the email issue, and want to reassure you we are searching for the reason behind the email issues. But the news feed has been in the works for some time and thought it might be good to post a link to it now to help people catch any/all the Public Requests that are coming in.

I've explained all this on the blog in a little more detail at http://www.constant-content.com/blog/?p=106

Suppose this means I have to move into the 21st century, and get a news reader now, eh?

Well, you certainly don't have to, we're working on getting the email notifications working as they ought to soon. But... News readers can be pretty handy :)

Never had any email probs before, but just today got no emails about 2 sales. Doesn't matter really as I regularly check the sales list, but thought you techies might need to know.

Although we changed my email address in the system, and I'm getting SOME email notices, I am still not getting Article Sold notices.

I am getting Article Accepted/Rejected notices, New Public Request notices, and New Message notices, however.

Also, with regards to the RSS feed, I signed up for it after we last discussed it here, and about 1 day later it stopped working. :?

What have I done wrong?

Hi, I am new here and I am not getting any emails regarding my submissions. If the articles have been rejected it would help to have the reasoning behind them so that I might correct any errors.
Thank you

Hi,
I've noticed over the past few weeks that in the "Featured Articles" section of My Profile you cannot scroll down through them in order to pick the articles you want featured on your profile page. I used to be able to do this but can't anymore. Any chance this could be fixed? Thanks. :)

On 10/29 an article of mine was sold for unique license. But I did not get an email notice. This is not a big problem for me since I discovered it later on CC as a pleasant surprise. I have been receiving all other e-mail notices fine, including other "article sold" notices. So it only happened once so far. Just to mention it.

I just posted an article and then discovered a grammatical error - I edited it and tried to resubmit. There used to be a 'remove file' option that now seems to have disappeared. Is the site being upgraded? Also, is it normal for articles to be unreviewed after 4 days? Sometimes they go through at great speed but suddenly I have 9 in the queue...!
