Location of "send your reply"

Would it be possible to relocate the "send your reply" box to the top of the page in the Q & A section of a request? For those requests that are ongoing, it gets rather tiresome for both the customer and the author to constantly scroll to the bottom each time.

I want to see a revamp to the entire communication medium, as I think that the q@a function is cumbersome in and of itself.

amen to that... especially the fact you can't link to multiple articles unless you make multiple messages... which is just clutter to me.
