I would still like to see all the customer searches that resulted in no article purchases, and searches that resulted in no articles found. It would give us good hints as to the customer groups that are under-served here. Or maybe just help us combat writer's block. :D

Even a good old-fashioned suggestion box would be sweet. Let them see it on the side of the search results, and tell them to offer suggested topics that perhaps we don't have enough of :)
