Suggestion for Format Problems

I've seen quite a few formatting problem threads here since I joined.
Why not have a web submission form where people could copy/paste or import the file directly to a form. This could serve two purposes.
1. The format would be the same for ALL articles submitted this way. It'll help those with weird programs.
2. You could eventually add a "Save Draft" option for people to store their unfinished drafts directly on the site. (Or have it automatically email a draft to the author.)
I understand that you'd probably have to add more space on your server, but the submission form itself is relatively easy as far as the coding goes. Just keep it simple (no fancy fonts, sizes, etc.). With this in place, it would offer authors two ways to submit their work. If an article is rejected because of serious formatting issues, they could resubmit using the form.
