Ed,
I just want you to know that the hyperlink cuts off when there's an apostrophe in the article title. For example, I sent an article titled "You've Got Mail: The Curious Interplay Between Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan" for a customer request. When I checked the sent messages it went like this:
The Author Nlnunez has submitted the article You’ve Got Mail: The Curious Interplay Between Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan (http://www.constant-content.com/MoreDetails/135475-You’ve_Got_Mail__The_Curious_Interplay_Between_Tom_Hanks_and_Meg_Ryan.htm) for your request titled .....
When you click the link, it shows up like this:
You were looking for:
http://www.constant-content.com/MoreDetails/135475-You
Unfortunately that page can not be found. Sorry!
The hyperlink cuts off right before the apostrophe, so the customer can't access it unless he/she copy pastes the web address manually. Just a heads up. Thanks.
