Glitch in the upload process?

Hi all
Just been giving a good scrub down to some old articles for usage. Upon uploading them i discovered that when you uncheck the boxes for rights other than usage, they don't stay unchecked. Is that a glitch, or will they just show the usage price and nothing else when they've gone through?
