I wondered if any of you had feedback from customers regarding the messaging system or using the CC platform? I've completed a couple of private requests recently, for clients new to the platform. Both of them found the request and messaging systems tricky. I think it mainly comes down to the messaging and notifications systems being unintuitive in terms of the numbers they display. e.g. the messaging notification number continues to show unread messages.
Clearly, it's in all of our best interests to make the customer experience as good as possible - I was wondering if CC were planning to review the requests / messaging / notification systems to make them more intuitive? It might also be useful to seek feedback from customers or get some end user UX / UI testing?
Does anyone else have any ideas for improvement to share?
