Add a Period, question mark, and sell the Article

If an article contains minor issues, period not placed properly, adverb used as a verb that can easily be corrected, it would seem that it would be in the best interest of both CC and the author to just fix the minor problem and submit the article to the requestor rather than rejecting an article for som minor infractions.

At the very least it would be beneficial to highlight the problem so that the authors could fix it quickly and resubmit.

In addition, since this is a business, why aren't those aritcles that are specifically requested by clients sent to them for review once they are approved.

This is a business partnership. Just suggestions. Dumb me! Just realized that just because the article gets approved does not mean the requestor ever saw the article?

If an article contains minor issues, it is either approved, or the problem in question is pointed out. The system doesn't allow the editors to correct problems in the document itself.

Editors see dozens of articles every day, and, as of late, we've had more requests than usual. We don't often know when an article is written for a specific request. Neither do we have contact with the requesters.

We do what we can, and we do our best. We do our part and writers have to do theirs.

The writers can let the requester know the article is available once it's approved. Simply go back to the original request, click Q&A, enter your note, and "link" your article using the "look up article" feature found there. This is a terrific way to start a relationship with customers. Good luck!
