Hi Chris,
I remember a few months back that you were working on the notification system for when articles sold. When I popped in just now, I found that I'd sold an article along about Labor Day, but didn't receive notice. Thought you might want to check into it?

Chris, the same thing also happened with my article" Property management". Maybe you can check?

Chris,
The same thing happened to me. I sold five small articles this morning and received no notification.

It's happening to me as well, although it is a nice surprise to log on, look at my account, and discover some articles have sold!

The last two articles I sold I didn't receive notification of - but hey, I'm an eternal optimistic, one of my morning rituals is to check out my account here at CC and see if there's a change. If there is, I check out my content licence page and see what sold.

We are working on this issue. Can you all tell us if the articles you didn't receive emails on were bought with a "Full Rights" license?

Mine were just regular licenses - I think.

Do any of you have any kind of SPAM protection? I wonder if its coming over as junk mail?

Chris,
I'm getting e-mail for all of mine that has been approved in the last couple of days. This is an improvement. Thanks

I do, but as I get some notices of sold work perfectly, I don't think that's the problem in my case.
Thanks for looking into it for us!
