Fair Payment

Very often I see requests for articles where the requestor asks $10-$20 for full rights for a reasonably lengthy article. Doesn't seem worthwhile to submit, particularly considering that the chances of the article being accepted are not 100%.

Many of us need the sales for almost any amount of money. I think requestors are taking advantage of this by setting a very low max price that only someone desperate would consider. Unfortunately, there are many desperate writers. Good times for requestors, right?

I feel like the writers are being cheated. I'd like to see the admins step in and not allow such requests or require a more reasonable payment.

Its simple, don't write for these requests or write for them and price your articles how YOU think they should be priced. Most writers will not write for the $10 article and in those cases they up the price they are willing to pay.

Take a look at the recently sold you don't see articles selling for $10.
