Just noticed that the article"The Importance of Policies and Contracts for Home Day Care Providers" is still visible after it sold for fullrights. I thought the admin might like to know

Does this mean that the article removal from the site is done manually? What if another customer buys it right now?

The article was paid via echeck and the check has to clear first.

I have a similar situation. I posted under Questions and Requests on Sept. 12 and sent an e-mail to "Contact Us" and sent on Sept. 15.

My reference is Fifteen Fascinating Facts about Wine. Is this really a sale? It shows it was purchased exclusively and has been downloaded but it is still for sale and payment hasn't been made.
