Hey, a couple of thoughts and questions for Ed and constant-content... Do you capture the searches that are submitted to the database by customers or potential customers? A sorted by frequency list of search terms graphed against volume could increase the targeting of the articles submitted. Even more useful would be the actual searches submitted - scrubbed of any identifying information, of course. Presuming that most of the people buying articles for web application are looking for quality articles that meet certain SEO requirements, it might increase your sales-per-search ratio. Just something to think about, as I know you're in the midst of some major re-examination of the architecture.
