I can't find anywhere where this is explained. I would like to submit an article to requested content.

You just submit it like you would any other article. Chris lets the people know when content comes in that they have requested.

Be sure to submit your article in the category where they requested it. The buyer normally will subscribe to that particular category to look for articles as they arrive.
