I was waiting for a return on an article I submitted when i logged in. i found out my account was suspended. Without any notice or email?

What kind of way is that to treat people who work for you? I sent an email to customer support, and didn't get a reply from them either.

Why was my account suspended w/o notice for asking about nonpayment?

You account wasn't suspended for asking about nonpayment. Accounts are suspended after too many rejection notices.
