Article sold, then . . . not sold?

Post by Schoolmarm »

I submitted an article. It was approved quickly. I logged in to make sure it was intact (no, I don't trust the system  ) and found that it was listed as sold for single use. Yippee! And at a decent price!

This morning I checked my content to see if I needed to change direction, and the article was no longer marked sold.

What can happen to cause something like that?

When something like this happens Chris is the only one that can answer the questions. I'm sure he will respond here.

Some times a customer can add it to their cart at the time your looking at it, then remove it or never go through with the purchase. Its hard to say but maybe you can give me the name of the article and I can look into it.

Just wondering whether you were ever able to figure out what happened with this article.

Schoolmarm--this has happened to me too. I think it's just the customer changing his or her mind.

Some times the customers add the item to the cart and removes it. Some time the customer changes their minds, makes a mistake, or plans on buying it another day. This is going to happen.
