When we receive messages in response to questions we've submitted to a requester we should be able to tell right away which requester has responded.

Additionally, we should be able to see who it is we've sent questions-to better keep track of such.

I'll second those suggestions, and add a third:

Could you add a means for us to know if the requester has read the message?

Yes, I second some method of notification to see if the requester has read our message. This would come in handy when the article was requested two-three weeks ago (or longer) and you're not sure if the request is still live!
