Hi,

I have a customer who regularly gives me existing documents containing his notes and ideas, research, photos, etc. He usually posts a link on his website that is semi-hidden to the general population and has me download the files. While it works ok, it means he has extra work. First he must upload his files, then notify me, then wait for me to say I have the files, then he must delete the link.

He had a good idea today. Is it possible for customers to upload files of their own to writers in their private request? If he could upload a word document (like how we upload articles) and link it in the request (like how we link our approved articles) it would be helpful.

I know it's not a common need from customers but I've had a few ask how they could get documents to me in the past.
