I noticed my questions about my payment being off this month (along with Sarah81s) and also asking about articles sold and not paid has been removed, but never answered on here or by email.
What is going on?
I again sent email to support -- can some one please respond!

Also about payments showing up as unpaid -- it doesn't always mean the customer has stolen the article. Sometimes when payment is made via PayPal, it can take several days before the payment actually clears and the money deposited into the correct account.
I've had several CC customers who have purchased my articles this way -- they show up as unpaid for several days and then a few days later it shows up as sold and paid for.
For instance, I was paid by CC today but here's what PayPal says:
Payment Type:
eCheck
The eCheck payment you have received will show an Uncleared status until the funds have cleared from the buyer's account - usually three to four business days.
I've had several CC customers who have purchased my articles this way -- they show up as unpaid for several days and then a few days later it shows up as sold and paid for.

I'm at my son's - I lost internet yesterday & dont know when it will be back. Embarq problems. Anyways, I did NOT receive any notes until yesterday, after I wrote in the furom, so if you sent something -- I never got it. I posted it twice since I had seeen you write in the other forum -- sorry, didt mean to make problems just very concerned that I had not heard from you.
Celeste, THANKS for the response - I hope these 3 articles do sell, but it's been since the 30th. The other article was stolen on 9/11. My house was robbed over the weekend so I a'm feeeling VERY violated & when I saw that I just lost it. I dont understand how they get access to articles by either "right clicking" or before paying in full. I just wish they were protected. I WILL be removing the complete articles from my summaries, but that doesnt stop them from getting access to them.
I will reply to support about my payment shortage - I dont know when I will be back online, but I will check when I can.
THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO & SORRY FOR ANY TROUBLES!!!! I have a private request due today & can't even do it. I'm having a BAD WEEK (or LONGER) & just want my "peace of mind/security/safety" back!

THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE -- it is GREAT to know there are those that "actually care" out there! I did not mean to make a big deal out of it, since it's an isolated incident that has been addressed by CC. I did not know the other authors were informed about it, since I somehow was not. They told me it is just a matter of time for the site to be removed & it IS under control. That is GREAT to hear. I still have not heard back about one of my original questions -- why my payment was short? This was the reason for the original post along with my still "pending" 3 articles. (They DID respond about these 3 articles)

I ONLY sold 9 articles last month, but did not get paid for all of them (actually one of those articles was from August -- the ONLY one I sold that month). My money was correct a few days before the end of the month, but then it changed to a lower amount & that is what they paid me. It has nothing to do with that article (on 9/11), because I was not ever paid for it to begin with. I keep track of all my articles & all payments, so I really do not understand what is going on. I was glad to see your response before, since I was not sure if it was "just me" -- I guess it was "just us" with the payment shortage, since no other writers except you & I seem. to have this problem. It has just been such a SLOW summer with sales on here & I REALLY was counting on getting all of my money. When I read the post you wrote before about your article, I had NO idea that I was "part of it", until I did the search. I will try to make time to do these types of searches on & off in the future.
I track all of my articles, payments, every thing and when they dont "match" -- it really "bugs me" - can you tell I have an accounting degree??? I'm really curious as to what happened with the money and can't wait to see what support says.
I would LOVE to have my "boring & predictable" life back & my $$$ too!!

I remember reading somewhere in the forum that sometimes payments don't clear in time for the authors to receive the money. This usually happens when a sale or sales are posted within a few days prior to payments being sent to the authors. In fact, this happened to me recently. It is a bummer, but it does eventually even out. If that's not the case with your payment, support should catch it at some point.

Word Gypsy -- THANKS for the response. My situation is this: the money WAS showing in my account (this has NOTHING to do with the artlicle on 9/11 OR the 3 pending still -- I never was paid for ANY of them -- they were & are "pending payment") -- I ONLY sold 8 articles last month & 1 the month before. The number under "your account" WAS correct up until a few days before October 1st. It WAS correct & matched EXACTLY what my numbers stated. It changed to a lower amount & that was what they paid me. This is what I dont understand -- it WAS correct & has NOTHING to do with any of the "other problems" I have had lately. My last article sold (before the 3 pending) was on 9/21 and as of that date my numbers were correct. I hope you can "understand" what I'm trying to say.
I dont expect an answer until Monday from support, as I know they do not work weekends, but I hope I do receive one then. I also hope the 3 pending payment articles I "maybe" sold on the 30th do clear & I get that money -- that would seem like a "bonus" at this point!

I got your email & will be replying -- THANKS!!! It would be GREAT (but probably not possible) to have a forum "just for authors" that ONLY authors could see to discuss these matters. Just a thought, but I KNOW how busy you are with every thing going on.
Cbhrbooth -- THANKS FOR THE REPLY -- "When it rains, it POURS!!!" and I feel like I'm standing in the middle of a hurricane right now with NO protection! It just seemed like I was getting "hit" from ALL directions!! He's in another state in a rehab??? I'm not "sure" how it will work with that. I have NEVER, EVER had any thing like that EVER happen -- it's not something you think, "will happen to you" & the security of my "sanctuary” has been taken & I don’t like that at all. I don’t know if I will EVER get my feeling of safety back. Woods, which I LOVE, surround my house but at night (& early in the morning), when it’s dark out – well, it is VERY DARK OUT THERE. I keep all my lights on outside, keep some inside on; I have not yet slept “peacefully”! I used to even leave my windows open at night, now I have locks/boards on ALL of them, but he got in by shattering my sliding door, so even a locked window is NOT protecting me! I’m alone with NO help & don’t want a gun, so what can I do??? I have cats, who I thought were hurt & that was one of my first concerns when I got home & they were gone. If I had a fenced yard I would have a BIG, MEAN, “looking” dog out there, but I don’t. I try to not “think” about it, but when it’s dark – I do!!!! I can call 911, or my son, or neighbor, but “what can happen to me” – in the meantime???? OK, enough – THANKS AGAIN!!!
