In the past I would receive an emailed notification that a customer has responded to a question I've asked.
Today I went to ask a question and found an answer from a previous customer sitting on the side of the Q and A panel. No notification had been received about it.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Ed - has the notification procedure changed? - i.e. has CC stopped sending notifications or is it a hiccup in the system?
To be on the safe side, I suggest all those who responded to Q and A's, go and check to see if your customer has answered.
