How do we know when we're annoying admin??

This one has been bugging me. I've had more than my share of resubmits and questions lately. Who do I apologize to and will this get me back on their good side?

Hi,

As far as resubmits and questions, they are not annoying at all. People learn when they ask questions, especially if they listen to the answer.

Some ask questions and don't listen to the answer, which is annoying. Resubmits are not annoying if the writer follows instructions sent with the rejection.

What IS annoying is when writers get rejections with the reason stated and continually upload the article as it was the first time - not just once but time after time after... well, you get the idea.

Ask questions, for sure. Resubmit, yes, but please correct the errors before you upload articles for a second time. Thanks.
