:D
No, I haven't been drinking......yet......just bored, and for some reason exponentially STOKED about the upcoming month. Here's to everyone having a killer month, writing and sales-wise.
I've got a gazillion ideas swimming around in my cranial cap, and with all the advice the other day about organizing/writing/speed and research, I'm thinking I'm going to have a shload more articles in my inventory by the end of the month!
I know I'm still a neophyte, in CC terms, but I just gotta say that this place rocks! Thank you to everyone who gives me advice, and lets me babble on incessantly!! :) You're all just The Bee's Knees to me!
Ok.
Back under my rock, I go :)

Re: Happy Tepsember!!!!!!!!!
I pretty much feel the same way. I'm so impatient to have more articles approved so I can see how mine are going to sell! I sold the first one cheap, to make the sale and get my work out there, but since it sold so quickly, I'm hoping that the markups on my others won't be too much. I tried to be fair.
I'm really looking forward to just writing, writing, writing!

Re: Happy Tepsember!!!!!!!!!
My first sale happened within 24 hours of my 1st article being accepted....so I didn't even have time to get a feel for proper pricing.....but I figured $15 for usage rights wasn't too shabby (for me...).
You can always go back in and adjust your prices if you see they're not moving like you want them to, or whatever. Just have to decide what price you're willing to go with.....do a few public requests, and mark your price in their pay range....try one at the high end, and one at the medium.....and see what happens. Just experiment, and keep an eye or three on what's happening on the Recently Sold Content page.....you'll get a good idea of price ranges just from that.
It's been a lonnnnnnnnnnnng weekend, what with Ed doing his new house move, and the holiday, etc.......I'm MORE than anxious to get some more approved. But today I've been mastering my dotting skillz..................... :) So I guess after today, I'll go back under my rock and keep writing! I'm used to being alone during the daytime, so with the husband home and my daughter off of school, it's more difficult to adjust with all their clatter.
Happy happy writing :)
