Hi, Everyone -
I've a question about the "Your Content" page that you can access after logging into your account, specifically the Status column. It says I sold an article, but the status says "Waiting". When I go to "Licenses for Your Content", it says a Full Rights license has sold, but it also says "Order Being Processed". It's been that way for several days now. Does this mean the customer's payment method is being approved somewhere down the line, like a check clearing a bank or something like that? Just curious.
Thanks! All my best to you, and I hope everyone is having a great beginning to 2009.

Re: Question About "My Content" Page
Hi,
Yes that is what it means. However, if it has been several days, it may mean that the customer put the article in the cart, but then did not follow through with the purchase. I usually wait two weeks on these cases, and then send an email to Support (through the Contact Us button), giving the title of the article and asking for Support to check. This way, the article can go back to being accessed by the search function and may be purchased by a different customer. When an article has status 'waiting', it is no longer available for purchase by anyone else.
Hope this helps,
Hayley

Re: Question About "My Content" Page
Yeah, that's what I thought, it's kind of hanging in limbo for now. Hope it doesn't take two weeks, though. That's a long time for a seasonal article to be out of circulation. Oh, well. Just have to hope for the best.
Thanks, Hayley, it's always good to hear from you.

Re: Question About "My Content" Page
Hi Cheanque,
I also had a Valentine's Day article in waiting for a few days. Since it is so close to Valentine's Day now, I have contacted support about an hour ago, giving the details of the article. They checked it out and put the article straight back into circulation for me! If yours is this "seasonal" then I'd contact support today for help too, if I were you.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Hayley
