Question about public request

Post by rcolby7400 »

When we get the public request and we see one we know we have knowledge on, do we reply to the person to tell them we are going to write it, or is that reply section just in case we have any questions. Thanks.

That reply button is only if you have questions for the requester. If every author here sent a reply to the customer saying they are going to try to write an article for him, the customer would have a lot of useless messages to delete :D If you know what you're doing, just write the article and submit it as a public request - the customer will receive it.

Thanks Amy, I was thinking that, but since I'm new here, I didn't want to make any mistakes.
