Hi folks,
I haven't been in the forum for a while.
I have a question: When a public request has several different article requests (topics) consolidated into one (message) request, and the word articles (with the letter s) is there, are they requesting more than one article on the topics?
Thanks,
Hannah

Re: Question regarding number of articles requested
Hi Hannah
You need to look at the column heahed details in the Public Request list. The number in Article Count is the number of articles that the customer is looking for. Of course, sometimes they change their mind when the responses come in. They might buy more or less. But that figure is a rough guide.
I rarely respond to those just looking for one article, unless I really believe I can do a better job than other writers, and get a piece in quickly. But remember that if your article is not chosen by the requester, it will still be likely to sell later to someone else. You can also revise it for a more general audience if you wish.

Thanks, Jak.
A quick question: If they are requesting a dozen articles, do I write ALL of them before submitting? In other words, could I submit one article at a time?

Re: Question regarding number of articles requested
You should submit one article at a time. You don't have to do all 12 either.
Re: Question regarding number of articles requested
Yes. The customer will select from all the articles submitted. Some buy quickly but one at a time. Others wait till they have a good selection to choose from. Some even wait till the end of the request time. If they ask for 12, they may want them over time, perhaps for blog posts or other site updating, or perhaps for article directories or other article marketing purposes..
